Weekly Yoga Class Schedule

  • Thursdays: 5:30-6:30 pm 

Location: 330 Ellis St – Glide Memorial Church Sanctuary (note: class location could change so please check with the front desk when you arrive)

Walk-ins are also welcome! GLIDE is dedicated to offering yoga that is accessible to everyone. We provide free weekly yoga sessions, both in-person and online, welcoming individuals from all walks of life, we invite our community to experience the healing and transformative benefits of yoga for the body, mind, and spirit. No experience with Yoga? No problem. Classes are open to all levels, and blend ancient yoga philosophy with GLIDE’s mission of unconditional love in action. Led by dedicated volunteer teachers, each class offers a unique experience, ranging from slow, flowing movements to gentle holds of postures. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and simple meditation, this practice fosters balance, strength, and calm.
All you need to do is wear comfortable clothing—mats and props are provided. While all classes are free, donations are welcome and appreciated to support our teachers and program.
