GLIDE Yoga aligns ancient yoga philosophy with GLIDE’s mission of unconditional love in action. Our committed volunteer teachers have mobilized to provide their community with free yoga in a radically inclusive environment.
We offer free yoga classes three times a week where people from all walks of life can practice yoga and enjoy the full benefits of body, mind and spirit. All levels of experience welcome and encouraged to attend!
Yoga mats and props will be provided. Make sure you wear comfortable clothes; there will be lots of moving, bending, arching, stretching, reaching, rotating, folding, twisting…
The classes don’t take place at the main GLIDE building, but at 125 Mason St., on the first floor, in the community room. It’s only a five-minute walk from GLIDE. Check out the map below.
