 nel and open forum discussing the overdose epidemic. San Francisco recor
 ded 806 accidental drug overdoses in 2023. Overdose deaths in 2024 are c
 urrently on track to nearly match 2023's numbers.\n\nIt's critical we ha
 ve a community discussion about what is working\, and not working\, in a
  safe and inclusive space of diverse perspectives. The forum will begin 
 with people who have lived experiences of using fentanyl and crack along
  with a person who will talk about the family impact of the overdose epi
 demic.\n\nPanelists coming from varying approaches to overdose preventio
 n  will discuss what is being seen and how to work better together. Pan
