Guest Preacher: Bryant Terry

Bay Area chef food and food justice activist, Bryant Terry, will be speaking and teaching at Glide Memorial Church Sunday Celebration on February 66th. Terry is an African-American vegan chef, food justice activist, and author. He has written four vegan cookbooks and co-wrote a book about organic eating. He won a 2015 James Beard Foundation Leadership Award for his food justice work. Terry’s most recent book, Black Food: Stories, Art and Recipes from Across the African Diaspora was named one of the 10 best cookbooks of the year, by the San Francisco Chronicle.
