Congress did not include funding for the Department of Homeland Security, which includes Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP), in the overall funding package they approved in February 2026. We need to keep up the pressure and let them know that ICE and Border Patrol should not receive new or continued funding until they stop their violence.

I’m calling to urgently ask Senator [LAST NAME] to vote NO on any additional funding for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). NOT ONE MORE DOLLAR should be added without meaningful reform. I demand that ICE be removed from our communities and that all enforcement activities be paused immediately.
Our children are living in fear. We need meaningful regulation, transparency, and accountability for ICE, including clear limits on enforcement tactics, independent investigations of use-of-force incidents, and protections for civil liberties.
